Progressive Conservative Representative - Grande Prairie-Wapiti

Approachable, Open and Honest

Wayne will listen to your goals, concerns and priorities for our region. With his 15 years experience in municipal politics and as a farmer, he is confident in representing both urban and rural communities.

Catalyst for the Region

Wayne is familiar with all pillars of our economy. In his role as an oilfield land agent, a farmer, Chair of the Agricultural Services Board, Chair of the Municipal Planning Commission, Member of the Ainsworth Public Advisory Committee and Grovedale/South Wapiti Recreation Board, Wayne has demonstrated his ability to bring together both municipal and provincial leaders to develop and profile our region.

Address the Infrastructure Deficit

Wayne will assist our regional communities in accessing the provincial Municipal Sustainability Initiative (MSI) to help resolve infrastructure deficits. As well, he is dedicated to tackling provincial infrastructure deficits, such as hospitals, schools and highways.

Understanding Issues First Hand

Wayne's priorities are an improved health care service, the educational system, good long-term care program for the elderly, tougher enforcement and crime prevention program, and a balance between development and conservation of our natural resources.
